Marine and Offshore
In addition to providing traditional travel management services to the corporate market, we are also able to service the highly specialised marine and offshore markets, enabling us to look after all aspects of travel for companies operating in these sectors.
24 Hour Service
We are open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even when our office is closed (Opening hours are Monday to Friday 0830 to 1830) you can access one of our senior members who will assist you with your enquiry. We do not contract out our Out of Hours facility so the service you receive will be to the same high standards that you receive from us in normal working hours. This is a free service.

Account Management Consultation Services
We are pleased to offer a tailored travel consultancy service. We are able to provide bespoke consultancy which can take a client from basic advice to fully comprehensive spending reviews, travel policy writing and recommendations. We are also able to provide training with the aim of increasing client awareness in order to maximise efficiency and potential cost savings. By familiarising your staff with the role of the agent and the range of services available, full advantage can be taken of the products available and time spend making reservations is reduced.
If your company does not already have a travel policy, we can help you to create one. An effective travel policy is proactive and can help to streamline and reduce your overall travel spend.

Of equal importance to a well written policy is a well enforced one. Once a travel policy has been created, all the details are held on our computer system. The booking is checked against these details to ensure compliance. An effective Travel Policy will give your company far greater control over travel expenditure. If your company has a travel policy and BJB does not enforce it correctly, BJB will be accountable for that action.
Document Delivery
Whilst we would recommend the use of Eticket wherever possible, there are always circumstances where this is not an option. Therefore we employ our own messengers to deliver travel documents by hand within Central London. This is a free service, along with postal deliveries by first class post. Documents requiring couriering by DHL, Parcelforce etc will be invoiced to you at cost.
Unused e-tickets.
At BJB we actively monitor these tickets and remind travellers if they have outstanding documents for re-use, therefore saving you money.
One Stop Shopping
We offer a full range of travel related services, from low cost carriers through to the chartering of private jets. No request is too big or small, too mundane or extreme! To maximise buying potential and to evaluate and control travel spend more effectively, we would encourage you to consolidate all your travel arrangements through us. Our wholly owned subsidiary, Best Served Holidays, is able to create tailored packages to Scandinavia and South Africa.
Risk Management
In these uncertain times, if you are sending employees to sensitive areas of the world, it is important to be aware of any potential hazards that they may encounter. If you require specific information on travel risks, from assessment for a particular trip to risk reports and wide ranging information, we will be happy to obtain this for you from an experienced risk management company.

In addition to organising your travel arrangements, BJB Travel Partnership is now able to assist you further with your ground arrangements.
Online Check in
You may be aware that many airlines are now offering this service to their passengers. BJB Travel Partnership is pleased to announce that we are happy to conduct this activity for you.
Airlines with Online Check in Facilities
Air France, Alitalia, All Nippon, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, British Midland, Continental, Delta, Easy Jet, Emirates, Flybe, JAL, KLM, Lufthansa, Qantas, Ryanair, SAS, United Airlines and Virgin.

- Safeguards against being offloaded should flights be oversold and the airline is looking to offload passengers.
- Ability to obtain seat preference before flying.
- If travelling together it will ensure passengers are seated together.

Price
A special introductory offer of £2.50 per sector will be charged for this service. Prices will be reviewed after full testing of the service (July 2007)
I.E.
BJB Travel Partnership checks you in for your outbound flight and your inbound flight - £5.00
BJB Travel Partnership only checks you in for your outbound flight - £2.50
Billing
All charges for online check in will be billed monthly, with passenger details name/flight/date/origin/destination. This ensures that we only bill for trips travelled.
Miscellaneous
Most airlines open up check in 24 hours before date and time of travel. BJB Travel Partnership will conform to the rules and regulations of the airline.
- Currently the only arline that is able to ‘uncheck’ you in online is British Airways. All other carriers require a call to their customer services department. Please make sure that there is no doubt that you will be travelling when you authorise us to check you in.
- SAS only offers Online Check in if you have booked your journey online.
- Easyjet offers check in up to 90 days prior to date of travel.
What next?
All you have to do is sign the Online check in approval form and send it back to Michael Jones, Client Liaison Director at BJB Travel Partnership, 58 St Johns Square, London, EC1V 4JG. Once the form is returned, we can start checking you in.
Airport Parking
We are delighted to offer you significant savings when using valet parking offered by Purple Parking. If you are driving to the airport, don’t have the hassle of parking and waiting for the bus. Drive your car to the departure terminal and give your keys to the Purple Parking attendant. Your car will then be driven to their secure area and brought back to you when you return. Call from the baggage hall when you arrive and your car will be waiting for you when you exit the terminal building.

Billing
Payment is either via your credit card or invoice from BJB Travel Partnership. Cost of parking will be visible on your BJB or Credit card statement. There is no fee charged by BJB Travel Partnership for this service.
