To create a new traveller profile, please click on the link below. Please fill in the form as fully as possible, and contact us if you have any questions.

Information supplied will be put into our computer database that can be accessed only by BJB Travel Partnership staff. The information you provide will not be sold or passed to any other party for mailing or other purposes, but will simply be used to provide you with the best service.

Your profile and preferences (seating / dietary requirements etc) will be entered into future bookings

  • Passport and other US Homeland Security information will be forwarded to airlines
  • Information will only transmit to new bookings made after your completion.
  • Data Protection laws forbid us from re-using pre-existing information without the permission of the owner of the data.

For new clients, please complete the company profile form listed. Shoud you wish to be considered for credit facilities, please also complete the Bank reference authorisation form.

You may be aware that many airlines are now offering this service to their passengers. BJB Travel Partnership is pleased to announce that we are now able to conduct this activity for you.

Airlines with Online Check in Facilities

Air France, British Airways, Easy Jet, KLM, SAS and Virgin.

Benefits

  • BJB will free up your time by providing this service allowing you to focus on important issues.
  • Safeguards against being offloaded should flights be oversold and the airline is looking to offload passengers.
  • Ability to obtain seat preference before flying.
  • If travelling together it will ensure passengers are seated together.
  • Saves time at the airport queuing up at check-in desks.
  • Passengers go directly through security, passport control to the gate.
  • Reduces stress levels at airport avoiding queues and crowds.

BJB Travel Partnership will charge £2.50 per sector (leg of your journey) for checking you in.

I.E.

BJB Travel Partnership checks you in for your outbound flight and your inbound flight - £5.00

BJB Travel Partnership checks you in for your outbound flight but you check yourself in for your inbound flight - £2.50
